TECAR Therapy – Research

Lumbago

Kuniyasu Takahashi and his team studied the effectiveness of capacitance hypermia therapy in the treatment of lumbago. The results showed that the therapy significantly reduces pain and improves motor function by increasing blood flow in the tissues, which accelerates repair and regeneration processes.

Knee arthroplasty

Research on rehabilitation after knee replacement have shown that radiofrequency therapy significantly accelerates healing processes. The therapy enhances tissue regeneration by increasing blood flow and accelerating cellular metabolism, resulting in reduced pain and improved joint function.

Scar reconstruction

Giovanni Nicoletti and his colleagues have demonstrated that a combination of radiofrequency current, electrical stimulation and negative pressure therapy is effective in improving the appearance of scars. The therapy stimulates the regeneration of scar tissue, reduces the stiffness and thickness of scars and increases the elasticity of the skin.
